1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• All tags and accessories must be intact.
• The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a track able shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe/Card/etc.).
• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us before sending it back to confirm availability.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the item received

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
